The advantages of the Small sealing press is the special design for small dishes. The film is situated under the press, so it takes up very little surface area and is therefore ideal for narrow counters.
• A short movement of only 0,3 - 0,5 seconds with a pressure of 1,0 t seals the film / foil leak proof against the tray.
• The sealing procedure includes also the cutting of the film / foil with a special blade.
• Sealing intensity is influenced by temperarture, pressure and time.
• Each sealing machine provides a temperature control unit which is continiously adjustable.
• The opening mechanism of the machines is spring loaded with an adjustable and removable spring.
